Following a successful funding round and ongoing product expansion, the company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead its next phase of technological development and innovation.

You’ll be responsible for partnering closely with the CEO to shape the technical roadmap, drive innovation in AI and product development, and coach a talented engineering team. Founder mindset or early-stage company experience, ideally within technology or AI-led environments.

Commercial experience working with AI is a strong advantage, or the ability to demonstrate exceptional curiosity and awareness of the space.

Background in software engineering (Python desirable) with a solid understanding of product development.

Fluent English and willingness to work on-site in Madrid (4–5 days per week).
