Role Description

We’re seeking a Head of Implementations to lead the deployment of our technology with financial institutions, ensuring seamless integration, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects with banks and financial institutions.

Coordinate technical integrations, data flows, and system scalability.

Act as the main point of contact with clients during implementation phases.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.

Establish best practices and playbooks for scalable enterprise delivery.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely and successful go-lives.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in enterprise implementation within the banking or fintech sector.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and scalability principles.

Familiarity with security, compliance, and cybersecurity frameworks (plus).

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Solid project management experience, preferably in multi-stakeholder environments.

Hands-on, proactive attitude with strong ownership and commitment.
