Electoral Integrity Specialist Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Electoral Integrity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening democratisation, good governance, and conflict prevention in electoral processes.Key Responsibilities : - Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mission plans for international missions.- Draft comprehensive security plans, contingency plans, and establish robust security operations centers.- Report incidents promptly and provide expert security training.- Ensure that first aid services are readily available at all times.Requirements : - Hold a degree from a reputable law enforcement or military academy, or possess 5 years of relevant experience.- Be proficient in English and the EU EOM working language (C1 level).- Have at least 10 years of experience in military, police, or security roles for Category I or 5+ years for Category II.Desirable Skills : - Experience with setting up security operations centers.- First-aid skills.
