Electoral Governance Specialist

Descripción del trabajoAdvanced degree in economics / management / business or 5+ years of added experience Managerial, drafting and interpersonal skills Knowledge of technical / telecom equipment for EOM 10+ years (Cat. I) or 5+ years (Cat. II) in civilian mission management Coordination-level EOM experience Budget and logistics planning
The overall objective of this role is to strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention. This assignment aims to contribute to reducing the possibility of fraud, manipulation and intimidation which could undermine electoral processes. Additionally, it seeks to improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in institutions.
Duration : The period of implementation will be 48 months.
