NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.
The overall objective of this assignment is to :
- strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
- contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
- improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
- inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.
Key Expert : Security Expert (Cat. I or II)
Qualifications and Skills :
Degree from law enforcement / military academy OR in security studies; – OR 5 years additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C1).General Experience :
Cat. I : 10+ years / Cat. II : 5+ years in military / police / security.Specific Experience :
