Product Manager - Public Sector Solutions

Job Overview We seek a strategic Director of Industry Product Management to lead enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities tailored to public sector, nonprofit, and higher education needs.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with horizontal product managers to bring new products to market, driving cross-selling and championing new capabilities that enhance customer satisfaction and win rates.

Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive industry roadmap for public sector, nonprofit, and higher education verticals, aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Translate industry workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements across ERP modules.

Gather, document, and validate detailed product requirements based on customer interviews, market research, and regulatory analysis.

Work with data and platform teams to define use cases for predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and decision support.

Act as the industry voice in product planning conversations with horizontal product teams.

Monitor sector-specific regulations, funding models, and compliance frameworks to inform product development.

Requirements Experience in product management for ERP or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Strong domain knowledge in public sector, nonprofit, or higher education operations.

Experience with ERP platforms serving mission-driven sectors.

Familiarity with AI-enabled or data-rich product environments.
