As our Sales Representative , you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B clients who need Android developers for short-term or long-term projects. Your role is to be the first point of contact for leads and a trusted advisor who can clearly present the value of Codertal’s Android staffing solutions.
Generate and qualify leads in the Spanish and EU market
Build strong relationships with CTOs, HRs, and engineering managers
Present Codertal’s Android talent pool and staffing process
Create proposals and negotiate contracts
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
Proven sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience with outbound prospecting and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
