As our Sales Representative , you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B clients who need Android developers for short-term or long-term projects. Your role is to be the first point of contact for leads and a trusted advisor who can clearly present the value of Codertal’s Android staffing solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads in the Spanish and EU market
- Build strong relationships with CTOs, HRs, and engineering managers
- Present Codertal’s Android talent pool and staffing process
- Create proposals and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.
- Proven sales experience in IT services or staff augmentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Experience with outbound prospecting and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
