About The Role

You are responsible for developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue.

You will bring our brands to life by building strategic relationships and working in partnership with our customers beyond usual scope, exploring industries such as music, sports, catering, and fashion.

You drive performance and growth by seeking new business and partnerships, and maintaining long-lasting business relationships.

About You

You live and breathe the On Trade with deep commercial knowledge. Your strategic mindset, results drive, and energy will help you succeed. Strong leadership, networking, and interpersonal skills are key. Most importantly, you are at home in the On Trade, advocating our brands and prioritizing the consumer.

Responsibilities

This role is crucial for identifying and developing new business opportunities and leveraging internal trade visits.

  • Deliver revenue and commercial targets, identify new business, and develop account plans with strategic customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and other departments to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Identify and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline, develop proposals with sales and trade marketing teams.
  • Main contact for strategic key customers, expanding brand presence in event organizations through negotiations.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to grow business and build strong, long-lasting relationships.

Skills

We seek an open-minded, entrepreneurial individual with strong networking and negotiation skills, results orientation, customer focus, and proven success in leading multifunctional teams. Financial acumen and fluency in Spanish and English, with market knowledge of Spain, are required.
