Key Responsibilities :

Office Management : Oversee all office operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Brand Development : Develop and execute local brand awareness strategies in collaboration with headquarters.

Team Leadership : Recruit, onboard, and manage the local office team.

Market Intelligence : Monitor local investment trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Your Background

Professional Experience : 5 years of experience in international financial services or brokerage firms.

Skills & Qualifications : Strong knowledge of Spanish regulatory requirements for financial institutions, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
