Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Opportunity

The Senior Software Engineering Manager will oversee the technical strategy, hands-on development, and team coordination to create a seamless, scalable, and secure experience for millions of travelers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software engineering lifecycle, from discovery workshops to production deployment.
• Architect and implement mobile (Flutter) and web (React) applications with shared design principles and performance goals.
• Design and integrate with multiple backend systems, including loyalty engines, CRM platforms, and airline APIs.
• Own the AWS infrastructure strategy, including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Strategy teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing frameworks, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Drive data integrity, security, and compliance across all touchpoints.

Familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka, or real-time data pipelines is an asset. Comfortable leading workshops and decision-making sessions. Passion for user experience, performance optimization, and clean architecture. Proven experience managing full-stack development teams in multichannel environments. Deep expertise in Flutter (mobile) and React (web). Strong backend knowledge : Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
