Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Opportunity The Senior Software Engineering Manager will oversee the technical strategy, hands-on development, and team coordination to create a seamless, scalable, and secure experience for millions of travelers.

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end software engineering lifecycle, from discovery workshops to production deployment.

Architect and implement mobile (Flutter) and web (React) applications with shared design principles and performance goals.

Design and integrate with multiple backend systems, including loyalty engines, CRM platforms, and airline APIs.

Own the AWS infrastructure strategy, including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and monitoring.

Collaborate with Product, UX, and Strategy teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.

Establish and enforce coding standards, testing frameworks, and CI / CD pipelines.

Drive data integrity, security, and compliance across all touchpoints.

Familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka, or real-time data pipelines is an asset. Comfortable leading workshops and decision-making sessions. Passion for user experience, performance optimization, and clean architecture. Proven experience managing full-stack development teams in multichannel environments. Deep expertise in Flutter (mobile) and React (web). Strong backend knowledge : Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
