Excellent knowledge of modern web application development (Azure, .NET & React is a plus). Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). Overview
Engineering Manager for Fintech
We\'re managing a role for a well-founded (Series B) Fintech & Security company that helps banks and financial institutions with Digital Identity technology (Leader in their sector).
This is a strategic position. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Barcelona office, working directly with the Amsterdam office at a strategic level and managing the team in Barcelona (referent in Spain).
Responsibilities
- Lead the software engineering team in Barcelona, drive engineering best practices and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with the Amsterdam office on strategic initiatives and cross-location collaboration.
- Manage ~2 Agile teams in Barcelona (6-12 people) and ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Be accountable for the technical direction, architecture governance, and quality of software products.
