What You'll Do :

Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and long-term retention

Identify client needs and match them with tailored products & services

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring premium value and customer advocacy

Proactively grow your pipeline through referrals, expansion opportunities, and self-generated leads

Drive innovation and find creative ways to exceed targets in a fast-paced, international environment

What We're Looking For :

Professional-level German (C2) + fluent English (spoken & written)

Experience working in / with the German market

Strong communication & consultative sales skills

Results-driven mindset with a focus on client success

Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts at different stages

Previous sales or account management experience is a plus
