Job Description

A remarkable opportunity to represent a major hotel chain in Málaga, Spain. As a German-speaking Sales & Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Closing reservations by receiving inbound calls in German and securing hotel bookings is a key aspect of this role.
  • You will provide professional customer support and resolve inquiries, utilizing your commercial skills to maximize opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Your interactions with guests must reflect quality and professionalism at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or fluent German language skills with good English skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Previous sales or commercial experience is highly valued.
  • You must be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • A comfortable working environment in a multicultural, dynamic team is crucial for your growth and development.
  • Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday (09 : 00–20 : 00, alternating weekends) is also required.
