Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Service Marketing and Commercial Activation support with Account Managers for a specific geographical area regarding all regional initiatives (Upselling, cross-selling : Service Contracts, On-Demand Services, Options and Upgrades in the different business lines : Imaging, Ultrasound, and Patient Care Support)
- Develop, implement, and follow up regional strategy to protect current contracts, capture systems at warranty conversion, and winback contracts
- Integration and setup of projects and customer service offers
- Visit customers to present the service offers, explain content value and pricing, and highlight differentiation
- Collaborate in the documentation of processes
- Deep understanding of the Service Sales portfolio : types of contracts, options & upgrades, and advanced services to create value-added offers for customers
- Market Development : Create and identify new niches, segments, and markets; support deployment of new solutions (packed solutions, fleet approach)
- Assessments providing data and market guidelines for new and existing market opportunities and P&L needs
- PNL data analytics, service pricing, and data analysis
- Communicate with internal customers (Account Managers) in operations support : provide data analysis and business follow-up; prepare customer meetings and key messages based on equipment utilization data and maintenance history of service contracts
- Work with multidisciplinary departments of GE Healthcare
- Lead tender responses and projects, coordinating specialized resources (Service Managers, Account Managers, Service Administration, and modality sales teams when needed)
- Expertise in Service Sales digital tools, Installed Base management, and quoting tools (Salesforce)
