Global Product Launch Coordinator

Job Description :

In a few words, this role involves supporting the management and execution of projects within our business development department. This position is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the launch of new products at affiliates, ensuring compliance with deadlines and manufacturer requirements.

This role acts as a liaison between regulatory, commercial, and supply chain departments, facilitating communication and the efficient execution of the launch plan. The challenge involves supporting Exeltis ́s affiliates in the preparation of the launch plan (Exeltis Launch Plan), planning, coordinating, and monitoring the Exeltis Launch Plan, and managing follow-up meetings with affiliates and the supplier's Supply Chain team to ensure the accuracy of the Exeltis Launch Plan.

This role also supports the registration and regulatory approval process, ensuring that launch activities begin at the appropriate time. It manages relationships with manufacturers and affiliates to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory specifications.

The ideal candidate will have analytical skills and attention to detail, strong communication, organizational, and team management skills, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic environment.
