Overview
Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Global Platform Coordinator to serve as the critical bridge between our global digital platform team and regional operations. This role is essential to our ongoing digital transformation and will be instrumental in scaling our B2B commerce capabilities across global markets. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to drive platform adoption, optimize regional performance, and ensure seamless integration between global platform capabilities and local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Global Platform Integration & Product Collaboration
- Serve as primary technical and functional contact between global platform team and regional IT / operations teams
- Partner with B2B product team to gather regional business requirements and translate them into product roadmap priorities and feature specifications
- Collaborate with B2B product managers to validate regional product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Monitor regional system integrations (pricing, inventory, fulfillment) to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
- Lead integration quality assurance initiatives to maintain optimal system performance
- Provide regional market insights to B2B product team for competitive analysis and product positioning
Regional Enablement & Training
Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training programs for regional sales teams, customer service, and operations staffCreate and maintain platform documentation, best practices guides, and training materials tailored to regional needsPartner with regional teams to onboard new B2B customers to the platform, providing technical expertise and guidanceEstablish centers of excellence for platform utilization within regional marketsPerformance Optimization & Product Intelligence
Track and analyze platform performance metrics specific to assigned region(s)Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with B2B product team on enhancement roadmaps and feature prioritizationGenerate insights from platform usage data to drive strategic decision-making and inform product developmentParticipate in B2B product team sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and feature validation sessionsConduct regional user acceptance testing for new product features and platform updatesImplement continuous improvement processes for platform efficiency and user experienceCustomer Success & Product Feedback
Proactively work with high-value regional customers to maximize platform adoption and identify enhancement opportunitiesCollaborate with regional sales teams and B2B product team to develop platform-driven growth strategiesFacilitate feedback loops between regional customers and B2B product development teamsSupport complex B2B customer implementations and customizations in partnership with product teamServe as regional voice in B2B product team customer advisory sessions and user research initiativesDocument and communicate regional customer use cases and success stories to inform product marketing and developmentRequired Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field5-7 years of experience in B2B commerce, platform management, or business systems3+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration with global and regional teamsDemonstrated experience in digital transformation initiativesTechnical Competencies
Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce platforms, APIs, and system integrationsProficiency in data analysis tools and platform analytics (SQL, Excel, BI tools)Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and order management systemsKnowledge of web technologies, cloud platforms, and SaaS solutionsFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and project management toolsBusiness & Communication Skills
