Global Launch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Launch Coordinator to support the management and execution of projects within our Business Development department.

This role is responsible for coordinating all activities related to the launch of new products at affiliates, ensuring compliance with deadlines and manufacturer requirements, acting as a liaison between regulatory, commercial, and supply chain departments, facilitating communication and the efficient execution of the launch plan.

Responsibilities

• Supporting affiliates in the preparation of the launch plan.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the launch plan.
• SUPPORTING THE REGISTRATION AND REGULATORY APPROVAL PROCESS.
• MANAGING FOLLOW-UP MEETINGS WITH AFFILIATES AND THE SUPPLIER'S SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM.
• ACTIONING AS A LIAISON BETWEEN MANUFACTURERS AND AFFILIATES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH TECHNICAL AND REGULATORY SPECIFICATIONS.
• COLLABORATING WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT PROJECT EXECUTION.
