Global Product Launch Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Global Product Launch Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Business Development department, you will play a crucial role in the management and execution of projects.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating all activities related to the launch of new products at our affiliates, ensuring compliance with deadlines and manufacturer requirements, and acting as a liaison between regulatory, commercial, and supply chain departments.

Responsibilities

The challenge involves supporting our affiliates in the preparation of the launch plan, planning, coordinating, and monitoring the launch plan, supporting the registration and regulatory approval process, managing follow-up meetings with affiliates and suppliers, and ensuring the timely availability of artwork, forecasts, launch sheets, and purchase orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Minimum two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar position
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Communication, organizational, and team management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Languages : fluent in Spanish and English
