Your responsibilities and impact as the Head of Sales will include :
- Take full ownership of developing and executing a sales strategy for Spain
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients through active outreach and networking
- Represent the company at meetings,
conferences, and client presentations
Grow and lead a team of Sales Representatives, setting clear targets and supporting their developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to align client needs and solutionsTrack performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadershipSkills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role :
Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager in Spain10 years experience within SalesStrong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in opening new markets or developing B2B client portfoliosExperience managing or mentoring sales teams is highly valuedExceptional communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and EnglishComfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and sales data analyticsStrategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approachWhat's in it for you?
