Are you a driven and strategic sales leader with a passion for building new business and growing client relationships? We're looking for a Sales Director based in Spain to lead market development and commercial expansion efforts.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment, someone ready to open new doors, actively approach potential clients, and drive commercial success across the Spanish market.

Your responsibilities and impact as the Head of Sales will include :

  • Take full ownership of developing and executing a sales strategy for Spain
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients through active outreach and networking
  • Represent the company at meetings,

conferences, and client presentations

  • Grow and lead a team of Sales Representatives, setting clear targets and supporting their development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to align client needs and solutions
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role :

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager in Spain
  • 10 years experience within Sales
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in opening new markets or developing B2B client portfolios
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and sales data analytics
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach
