Job Opportunity :
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to join our technical team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide daily on-site and remote desktop support to clients
Handle incoming calls and answer questions from clients
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve hardware, software, and application issues
Analyze errors and maintain hardware, set up / remove workstations, install / configure new software, and manage user accounts via Active Directory
Support meeting rooms and inventory control
Requirements
At least 18 months of experience in IT (or equivalent)
Able to build strong relationships with clients
Excellent time management skills
Experience in OS, Apps, and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum)
