Spain Country Manager – Technology Enabled Care

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Country Manager to lead the entry and expansion of an international organisation within the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) sector in Spain.

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a business from the ground up, contributing directly to the delivery of innovative care solutions that make a tangible impact on people’s lives.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Developing and executing the market entry and growth strategy in Spain.
• Establishing and managing relationships with public authorities, clients, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
• Building and leading a high-performing local team, while taking an active role in initial business development efforts.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Managing the local P&L, setting budgets, and ensuring robust financial governance.
• Representing the organisation at relevant industry events and forums.
