Job Title : Automation Control Engineer
We are seeking an exceptional Automation Control Engineer to join our team.
About the Role :
This is a unique opportunity to work on configuring, testing and commissioning control systems in power generation plants. As an Automation Control Engineer, you will be responsible for parameterizing equipment, conducting control tests and executing commissioning to ensure SAT and SIT compliance.
Responsibilities
- You will integrate Plant Controller and certified SW platforms, configure libraries for Drivers of inverters, meters, DSOs and approved third-party PPC.
- Reverse engineer devices, PLCs, plants and protocols, as well as PLC programming in new and old projects.
- Commission and test support in national and international projects.
- Develop, configure and load meteorological and third-party drivers.
- Integrate communications between Plant SCADA, Plant and Plant Controller, including Failover integration and Commissioning.
- Perform internal deployment testing in FAT and support engineering-led SAT and SIT testing, punchlist tracking and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with PPC Product for platform enhancements and issue resolution.
- Hardware / Software protocol conversion.
- Solve departmental needs (Hardware and Software), such as designing dataloggers.
- Manage instrumentation, industrial communications and industrial SCADAs (WinCC, Cimplicity, PCVue).
- Adapt and integrate third-party systems to Bluence and PPC.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.Between 1 and 5 years of experience as an Integration Engineer, preferably in Renewable Energy.Experience with PLC automation systems and languages (Siemens, SEL, Codesys).Previous product development experience in technology companies is highly desirable.Experience in performing FAT, SAT and communication tests for system validation.Knowledge of industrial communication networks, commissioning automatic systems with PLC.Knowledge of Electrical systems, generation and distribution.Knowledge of TIA Portal and ACselerator environments.Programming knowledge (C / C++, .NET, Python).Oriented towards results and teamwork.Good English skills to support international projects.What We Offer
