You will be responsible for understanding customer challenges, addressing issues, and developing solution definitions to meet their needs.
Your role will involve building relationships with customers, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure seamless project execution.
You will create educational content, provide product training, and suggest improvements to customer processes.
Key Responsibilities Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions using electrical design and manufacturing applications.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and in-person communication.
Solve complex problems and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
Develop and deliver software solution training and professional services for customer implementations.
Requirements A bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of relevant experience (5+ years preferred) in technical support, training, or applications engineering.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to hold technical conversations.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work remotely from home.
Experience providing technical support, training, and field support for software applications.
