You will be the go-to person for handling high-priority incidents in a fast-paced, international environment. Your main responsibilities : Take full ownership of major incident management Coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure Ensure clear, effective communication with global stakeholders in both French and English Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement actions Participate in on-call rotations with the team Your soft skills will be just as critical as your technical know-how.
