Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

About The Job

MISSION

The primary objectives of this role are to contribute to the SITP governance through the standardization of procedures, guidelines, and new reports, reinforcing the organizational structure, improving internal communication that by providing support all IT Production teams.

In close collaboration with the Head of Spain CTO Office and reporting to SITP CTO Office Head of Governance, Organization & Transformation she / he will be responsible to implement a modern and integrated governance, looking for simplification, modernization, and with a strong risk approach. She / he also ensures good alignment and transparency with all our partners whether internally or externally.

Responsibilities

Provide support for management of Global policies, procedures, and guidelines, including Strategic Plan, TOM, and objectives, to be properly transmitted, managed, and applied at a territory level.

Coordinate with Territory teams (Spain HR, Legal, Procurement, facilities) to apply territory requirements, supporting SITP Domain heads on those initiatives when necessary.

Collaborate with initiatives to support and reinforce Spain IT Platform alignment with Target Operating Model and the Group IT Production expectations.

Strengthen resource management processes & procedures (on / off-boarding, organizational structure standardization, skills assessments, new joiner sessions, trainings, WIIO presence, etc.).

Maintain the SITP SharePoint to publish common procedures and presentations.

Enhance and promote communication across SITP domains and between SITP and Central Production functions.

Foster the implementation of effective governance frameworks ensuring that organizational practices have appropriate risk mitigation controls and respect central policies and standards.

Requirements

Languages : High English spoken and written fluent (B2 / C). Spanish.

Technical skills : IT knowledge and ability to manage MS Office suite (Excel, Power BI, Forms and SharePoint). ITIL Foundation certificate desirable.

Transversal & Behavioral skills : Good interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative mindset with multiple stakeholders; ability to work autonomously, take responsibility, influence peers, and work in a team environment; proven capability to coordinate, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders to meet deadlines and external processes.

The ability to create good working relationships, be a good team player, solve problems, and put team objectives first.
