Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Specialist to support clients across Europe in achieving compliance with data protection regulations, including the GDPR and related national laws.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on GDPR / EUDPR compliance and other European data protection laws. They will support clients in designing, implementing, and monitoring privacy and data protection programs.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Conduct risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
  • Draft, review, and improve privacy policies, contractual clauses, and internal governance documents
  • Manage data subject requests and act as liaison with supervisory authorities where required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications :

  • EU nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
  • Postgraduate studies or specialization in Data Protection, Privacy, IT Law, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in data protection projects, preferably advising organizations in diverse sectors
  • English level B2 ++ (written and spoken)
