Overview
The Chief Financial Officer serves as the primary leader of the company's financial strategy, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive committee. In a growing environment with approximately 600 employees and annual revenue of €50 million, the mission is to ensure profitable and sustainable growth, optimize the financial structure, and foster a culture of operational excellence and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead all finance functions : management control, accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury, audit, and risk management.
- Oversee financial planning (forecast, budgeting, business plan) and ensure compliance.
- Analyze and optimize service / project profitability and cost structures.
- Drive operational efficiency and financial digitalization initiatives.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in corporate transactions, leading financial analysis and integration.
Key Requirements
Degree in Business or Economics; MBA or Master in Finance is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance / Controlling.Strong understanding of business models, cost structures, and project dynamics.Proven track record in financial transformation, ERP implementation, and BI tools.Ability to lead high-performance teams and manage change.High professional English level (C1 minimum); French will be a plus.Additional Desirable Experience :
Experience in mid-sized companies or scale-ups.Exposure to M&A processes or post-merger integration.Familiarity with IFRS and European tax / accounting frameworks.Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.Key Competencies
