We believe design will be our key differentiator against incumbents and point solutions. To get there, we’re hiring a Head of Design to elevate design into a strategic pillar of the company.

The Head of Design will lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of 5 Product Designers, 1 UX Researcher, and 1 Content Designer . You will co-own brand and marketing design with the CMO, and be a key stakeholder in shaping product strategy with the CPO. This role is about much more than visual polish : you will make design a lever for product differentiation, customer adoption, and market leadership . You’ll create the systems, org, and culture that allow bsport to scale design impact from €30M ARR to €100M ARR .

Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy

Define and champion a design vision that sets bsport apart in a crowded market.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, researchers, and content specialists.

Own and scale the research practice to deeply understand customer needs and workflows.

Establish scalable design systems and processes that ensure consistency and speed.

Co-own brand design with Marketing to ensure every touchpoint — from product to sales collateral — reinforces bsport’s identity.
