What You’ll Do

Lead and grow our product design team, setting standards for craft, usability, and innovation.

Define and evolve Biorce’s design vision, principles, and systems.

Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver seamless, human-centered solutions.

Balance user needs with scientific and technical complexity to make the impossible intuitive.

Shape the culture of design excellence across Biorce.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years in product design, including 3+ years in leadership.

Proven experience building or scaling design teams.

Mastery of design systems, UX research, and data-informed design.

Strong collaboration skills, you bridge vision and execution.

Background in biotech, AI, or healthcare? A big plus.
