What you’ll do
Own the product vision for our portfolio — from concept validation to post-launch live ops
Lead and scale a cross-functional product organization of PMs, analysts, and designers
Define product strategy across new games, core features, retention loops, and monetization
Partner with studio leadership to align product goals with company priorities and growth targets
Build a culture of experimentation , player empathy, and measurable outcomes
Set up clear product processes , roadmaps, and feedback loops across departments
Champion user research, data insights, and A / B testing — turning questions into confident direction
Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing product talent as the team grows
Requirements Who you are
6+ years in product leadership roles, with mobile gaming experience (or adjacent consumer tech)
You’ve built and led successful product teams — ideally across multiple shipped titles or apps
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect user needs, game design, and business impact
Deep understanding of mobile game KPIs — retention, engagement, monetization, LTV, etc.
Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator — from design to dev to marketing
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, ruthless with prioritization, and clear under pressure
A systems thinker who can zoom in on gameplay loops, then zoom out to long-term product vision
