Role Overview :

As a Channel Account Manager, you will :
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Silver and Gold level partner accounts.
- Build a plan for partner enablement and training in the assigned territory for key partners.
- Coordinate the involvement of company support, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle and updating Salesforce accordingly.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones (e.G., training certification) in conjunction with distribution resources (sales, support, etc.).
- Work effectively in high-volume, low-end, and mid-market sectors.
- Manage potential channel conflicts by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and adhering strictly to Fortinet’s channel program guidelines.
- Drive sales of new technology adoption in the assigned territory.
- Proactively recruit new qualifying partners.
We Are Looking For :
An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply if you possess the following qualities :
- 3+ years of channel sales and territory management experience in networking or security sectors.
- Experience in building business and marketing plans with partners.
- Experience with the distribution channel model.
- Experience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and closing deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Be competitive, a self-starter, and a team player.
