Responsibilities

  • Shape the B2B sales function. Join a fast-moving team building a world-class B2B sales function from the ground up; help define the strategy, approach, and guiding principles that set a new standard for enterprise sales.
  • Go after high-potential leads. Identify target businesses and build a portfolio of revenue-driving corporate clients.
  • Learn the industry inside and out. Understand incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers to build powerful, profitable relationships.
  • Work closely with the product. Communicate clearly, gather client feedback, and provide focused input to shape future development.
  • Follow the data. Monitor performance metrics to gauge impact and identify high-value actions and opportunities.
  • Stand out at every touchpoint. Deliver outstanding service that builds trust with every client interaction.

    The selection process

    If you pass screening, you’ll complete a series of challenging tests designed to assess unfamiliar problems, followed by interviews. We set a high bar and may keep a role open for months. We value talent and potential and welcome applicants who believe they can grow into the role.

To help you ramp up quickly, we recommend spending the initial months in our Milan office, with relocation assistance provided. After that, you may work from Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved locations, as agreed during the offer stage.
