• Build robust pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement of passive talent across markets.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, driving recruitment marketing campaigns to grow awareness and talent communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver successful hiring outcomes.
• Cultivate a diverse workforce and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
