We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Technical Recruiter. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with expertise in attracting and hiring top talent.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. They will also work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration into our organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, advise on market talent availability, and develop hiring strategies
- Own full responsibility for assigned roles in our ATS system to guarantee up-to-date candidates' data and status
- Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, employee referrals, and targeted outreach
- Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for our organization
- Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet our business goals
- Plan and own recruitment-related projects such as employer branding initiatives, diversity hiring programs, and process improvements
Requirements :
4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a global tech company2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT / DevOps / FinOps / Cloud fields2+ years of experience in global recruitmentIn-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean / X-ray searchExperience with managing hiring processes via ATS systemsA proven track record of engaging talent through tools, with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidatesSelf-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)Experience in sourcing and / or recruiting Sales or Marketing functions - an advantageBenefits :
