Are you a customer service professional with advanced Spanish skills (C2) and at least B2 level in English? Join our team in Lisbon and support sellers and buyers with your expertise.
Schedule :
- Monday to Sunday : 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 or 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 (rotative shifts)
- 2 rotative days off per week
- At a later stage, the client may switch to 24 / 7 coverage (rotative shifts)
Your Profile :
Spanish language skills at C2 levelEnglish language skills at minimum B2 levelMinimum 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, account management, customer success, or business development-related rolesStrong sales awareness and ability to influence seller successProactive and customer-oriented mindsetMust hold an EU ID, Residence Card, or valid VisaManifestação de Interesse also accepted
