Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.

- Accurately document customer interactions and manage records effectively.
- Collaborate with banking operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Educate customers about banking procedures, policies, and new offerings to support informed banking decisions.
- Collect feedback from clients to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.Benefits
