This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and excel in customer service, providing support to Spanish-speaking clients as they plan and book their journeys.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and travel policies through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, changes, cancellations, and provide relevant travel information.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently document customer interactions and ensure accurate follow-up on issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Educate customers about available travel options and unique promotions to enhance their experience.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational enhancements.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.Benefits
