We're seeking an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our Adops & Data team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to coordinate and set up Media Services campaigns aligned with the partners' expectations and delivering performing campaigns results. If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there.

Responsibilities
- Advertising campaign management tasks : Trafficking and monitoring of online advertising campaigns across the eDreams ODIGEO network including creative upload, creative testing and troubleshooting, parameter setup, optimization and any applicable edits.
- Coordinate the delivery of Social Media and Newsletters campaigns with internal teams and create the materials needed for all campaigns with Brand and Webmaster teams.
- Work with Account Management and Business Development Manager teams to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with site ad guidelines and specs.
- Ensure all campaign goals are met, including start and end dates and impression goals.
- Support Account Manager and Business Development Manager teams by providing impressions forecasts and product availability for Media Plans.
- Extract delivery reports from third-party applications (e.g., GAM) to ensure proper campaign tracking and on-delivery.
- Analyze campaign reports and make recommendations to improve delivery and performance.
- Identify best practices and insights for Newsletters, IAB Banners, Microsites and social media actions, sharing with the Marketing Services team to support Sales and Account Management teams in briefing partners.
- Good understanding of Google Ad Manager usage.
Qualifications
Must possess a BS / BA degree with a minimum of 1 year of digital advertising experience.Campaign management & trafficking experience.Knowledge of ad serving technology, such as Google Ad Manager.Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Keen eye for detail. Strong teamwork skills. Energetic, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one more European language (preferably French, German or Italian). Programmatic knowledge would be a plus.Working knowledge of Excel.Preferred Qualifications
