We are looking for an Ad Operations Analyst to join our team, to set up the campaigns buying strategies on Smadex DSP and ensure they meet our client’s goals through daily monitoring and optimization.
The candidate should have a mix of business-oriented and analytical mindset to understand the short and long-term challenges faced by mobile advertising campaigns and use the available data to derive insights, resolve issues, and develop effective strategies and algorithms to improve the Smadex platform.
This is a full-time position based in Barcelona!
Your tasks and responsibilities :
- Leverage the programmatic ecosystem and attribution knowledge to build, operate, analyze, and optimize campaigns following best strategies to achieve client goals.
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio across various verticals, KPIs (CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and budgets. Focus on performance .
- Analyze large, complex data sets containing the behavior of millions of mobile users worldwide to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Extract insights from our campaign portfolio to make decisions that directly impact company revenue.
- Conduct A / B testing of different variables using Smadex DSP and share results to improve performance.
- Assist in developing and enhancing our product tools and processes to ensure data-driven decisions at all levels. Effective communication is essential.
What are we looking for :
1+ year of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of digital programmatic buying (performance-focused) is a significant plus.Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing large datasets and understanding analytical methodologies.Strong analytical skills to evaluate key metrics and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Feedback-oriented, critical thinking, autonomous working, and strong work ethic are essential.Excellent command of Microsoft Excel .Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Proven ability to solve data-related problems creatively.Experience collaborating with different teams.Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.Desire to contribute to building the biggest company in the world.Please note that we do NOT provide VISA sponsorship.
