Business Development Specialist
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support our customers in Spain and expand the market.
The ideal candidate will manage technical knowledge of our platform's features and its various modules.
Provide training, support the implementation of current customer projects, and assist the sales team in software demonstrations and industry-specific expertise to offer clients the right solution from our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Knowledge Management : Manage the technical knowledge of our platform's features and its various modules.
Training and Project Implementation : Provide training, support the implementation of current customer projects.
Software Demonstrations and Industry Expertise : Assist the sales team in software demonstrations and industry-specific expertise to offer clients the right solution from our portfolio.
Requirements :
Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical or Industrial engineering with emphasis in Oil & Gas and energy industry in general (Junior – Senior).
Strong public speaking skills, comfortable discussing technical topics in a broad spectrum of the industry.
Experience with remote working.
Passion for technology and engineering.
Ability to train and transfer knowledge to big groups.
Self-driven individual with an excellent aptitude for problem-solving.
Availability for national and international travel (especially around Spain).
Fully fluent in Spanish and English.
Basic understanding of Information Technology.
Responsibility and high work ethic.
Strong result orientation.
Preferred Skills :
Strong background (4 years) experience in inspection techniques in the oil and gas industry.
Fast interpretation skills to navigate and use technical documents such as P&IDs, Mechanical drawings, Plot plans, and inspection & maintenance reports.
Understanding of asset hierarchies and taxonomy based on international standards (e.g., ISO).
Knowledge of API 580 / 581 Risk-based inspection and other international standards.
Knowledge of common practices for managing Pipelines onshore and offshore.
Understanding of planning of integrity activities that are time, condition, risk, scheduled or run to failure based.
Pay and Benefits :
This is a full-time position. The contract terms and conditions will be issued based on the candidate's profile and experience.
Gross Annual Salary : around 40,000 Euro. Increases based on performance.
