Responsibilities

  • Your main objective is to generate qualified appointments, which turn into sales opportunities for the Account Executives responsible for closing the deals.
  • Align with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and foster a cohesive BDR x AE partnership.
  • Engage in phone prospecting to secure appointments, in a stimulating environment (war rooms, challenges, incentives).
  • Complement phone prospecting with multi-channel campaigns (email and LinkedIn) to optimize lead generation.
  • Conduct qualification appointments, or even end-to-end sales deals in the Mid-Market / Enterprise segment.

For this role, you should take a genuine interest in contacts, build rapport quickly, and demonstrate empathy and connection.

Qualifications

  • A first experience in sales, prospecting or customer relations could be important, but tech companies often recruit junior profiles with a good commercial mindset.
  • 3 to 5 years' higher education in business, marketing, management or communications is often a plus.
  • Tech / SaaS environment : An interest in Legal Tech and how SaaS software works is an advantage.
  • Trajectory

    Opportunity to join the Account Executive team after :

  • 24 months for strong performance
  • Or to take responsibilities in the BDR Team (management, automation / AI expert, etc.), depending on your preferences.
