What Will You Do as a Financial Controller?

You’ll join a high-performing international team (15+ nationalities) and report directly to our CFO , who reports directly to the founders — giving you high visibility and direct impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily cash flows , ensuring liquidity and optimizing operations

Optimize our €20M+ credit line with BBVA , e.g., by increasing eligibility rate of salary advances

Ensure data consistency across all platforms (accounting, conciliation, PSPs, etc.)

Own and maintain Management Accounts , ensuring alignment with Statutory Accounts and internal metrics

Verify and align Financial Statements with external advisory firms

Handle transfer pricing across all Payflow Group entities

Support financial audits and due diligence

Propose and implement tax / fiscal efficiency initiatives

Drive cost-saving strategies aligned with finance team goals

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone smart, driven, and ambitious , who is excited to help us grow and tackle challenges.

Must-Haves :

5+ years as a Financial Controller , auditor , or similar accounting role

Detail-oriented and well-structured

Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation

Experience with multi-currency consolidation and audits

Familiarity with Holded is a plus
