At ROADIS , we are looking for a new teammate to join our Control & Administration department. This role will be responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and ensuring the sound financial management of the company, with a particular focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. The role’s main objective is to safeguard profitability, efficiency, and compliance, while providing strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.

Key responsabilities :

• Lead the preparation and supervision of the annual budget, forecasts, and business plans.
• Analyze the profitability and performance of infrastructure projects (CAPEX / OPEX, cash flow, variance analysis).
• Implement and improve internal control systems and financial reporting procedures.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing in coordination with the accounting team.
• Prepare management reports and financial KPIs for the executive team and board of directors.
• Monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, liaising with auditors and external advisors.
• Drive cost optimization and process efficiency across financial operations and project execution.
• Provide financial support in tenders, concessions, and infrastructure contracts.
