Context of the role

The People Operations team oversees and manages the key milestones throughout the employee lifecycle at the Transfer To group of companies, from onboarding to exit. The team members are employee experience champions and subject matter experts for all first-line employee queries such as payroll, onboarding and offboarding, international mobility, HR policies & compliance, data analytics, and much more!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle of a truly global workforce, exposing you to many different regions, cultures, and HR laws and customs — we have employees in 9 key hubs :

Barcelona, Paris, London, Nairobi, Dubai, Singapore, the Philippines, Shanghai, and San Francisco, plus many more in over 20 additional countries. This includes deep expertise in Spain, where you’ll navigate local practices, Social Security processes, and labour regulations.

in Spain, this includescoordination with legal counsel, occupational health providers (PRL), and other third parties for compliance matters like annual medical check-ups.

for Spain, maintain up-to-date knowledge of requirements such as equality plans, salary registries, and PRL documentation.
