Overview
Aily Labs is a fast-growing startup with offices in Munich, New York City, Barcelona, Madrid and Cluj. We are building an AI-driven platform to provide immediate business insights and empower intelligent decision-making. This role is based in Munich or Madrid and focuses on People Operations.
In this role you will
- Support our employees throughout the lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
- Maintain our HRIS and payroll data, ensuring timely processing of changes, new hires and terminations.
- Create and manage a fantastic office experience for Munich employees, including facilities coordination and acting as the face of Aily for visitors.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help continuously improve day-to-day People operations and participate in new projects.

Prior experience in an HR / People operations roleUnderstanding of German and Spanish employment law and core HR policies / processesExperience with HRIS, MS Excel, Word, and SharePointProficiency in English and GermanDesirable qualifications
