We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting server, storage, virtualization, and cloud service issues.

Responsibilities Maintaining and troubleshooting server, storage, virtualization, and cloud service issues

Patching management, hardening, and enforcing best practices

Monitoring core infrastructure with monitoring tools

Configuring and managing routing, switching, VPN tunnels, SDWAN configurations, and Firewall policies

Level 2 IT support

Overseeing enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery drills

Maintaining up-to-date runbooks, topology diagrams, and configuration repositories

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proficient in English (Advanced level) and Spanish (Advanced level)

Interest in working in a multicultural environment and proactivity, with the ability to problem-solving and attention to detail
