Your day-to-day tasks may include :

• Managing and optimizing network environments using Cisco Meraki technology
• Ensuring network security and compliance with industry standards through regular audits and monitoring
• Monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics to inform strategic decision-making
• Supporting incident resolution and change management processes across the organization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions and enhance user experience
• Handling IP address management and contributing to process-driven environment improvements
