As member to the development team you will :

Participate in ceremonies related to wow (Agile Scrum)

Investigate bugs that may have been reported by final users or other technical teams

Prepare, document and apply changes in all environments

Request management

Maintenance and support of the network, and continuous improvement

Network LAN / WAN / SD-WAN administration

Firewalls & load balancing administration

Delivery Excellence Advocacy

Collaboration with Tech and Infosec Teams

Project Management and Ownership

Timely and Clear Communication

Previous Technician Experience

Requirements :

Master / B.A in Computer Engineer or Telecommunications.

But, in case not, the technical know-how would be the ticket in. We're all about a 40% cloud, 60% other setup, and we've got the firewall game covered.

Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) Experience

Load Balancer – GTM / LTM

Wifi / DHCP

LAN / WAN / SD-WAN Knowledge

Cloud Expertise (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Agile and Waterfall Project Delivery Experience

Excellent Communication

Ability to Handle Challenging Stakeholders

English B2

Problem-solving capacity
